Gunner the dog gets a free ride

Here's a short break from my continuing reports on our Advenure cycling trip.

While out on our usual neighborhood ride that includes the prettiest three miles in Antioch, Empire Mine Road, we came across Gunner getting a ride from his human. It was pretty clear who was in charge, so I only got Gunner's name. Apparently he'd been enthusiastically chasing squirrels and, being a dark-coated critter, had totally overheated. At least that was the story. Judging from the look on Gunner's face, I think he was totally working the situation.
